Not good enough

How can you have a mortgage calculator that doesn’t permit calculating with the Insurance and tax costs in the total payment?
Purchased this and trashed it within 5 minutes. Thanks for nothing. (well, worth two cups of coffee at the gas station)
Need to have the notes window open at the same time ase the keypad - as in using a desktop calculator with a tape.
Radius of mars in meters is of no interest to me and propably no one else either.
